Hi. I has worked as freelancer for various companies and did the same job as mentioned in your project. I have working experience of 10 years in similar jobs and can manage and complete the project as per your requirement efficiently. As the project requirement is to record the data on daily basis and to maintain monthly payroll therefore we need to complete that project after month end so I think those guys who has mentioned that they will complete the project in 10 days or 15 days and so on couldn't understand your project requirement.
