Data Entry Project Excel Data Organization

I need all of the attached data to be in the format of training1st+%281%[login to view URL] (also attached). I have taken the data from the coordinating PDF's and converted it to an excel spreadsheet; however, the data still needs to be organized in the same fashion as training1st+%281%29.xlsx. For an excel expert, this should be a difficult task. The only kicker is that I need this finished by tomorrow at 12pm. It is 5:30pm now and I will need it done before tomorrow at noon. This means I will most likely need a team rather than a freelancer. Please big only if you can facilitate my needs. Thank you!
