Add latitude/longitude coordinates to list of United States addresses

We have a spreadsheet of 2,350 records of address_1, city, state, postal_code and we need someone to add in the latitude and longitude for each row. Some of the address_1 are listed as "TBD" so for those we just need a lat/lon of just the city, state that is listed. The latitude and longitude should be seven (7) decimal places. The csv file is attached to this job posting. We would like this project to be done within 24 hours.
