Our Swiss company wants to register a trademark in Indonesia. We already registered our trademark in Switzerland and some WIPO countries and are looking forward to extend the range of countries our trademark is registered in. Please send me a quotation for all costs needed to register a trademark for "backpacks" (international class 18). Please split the costs into official trademark office fees, your fees and extra fees. Hello, I have an update that it's possible to register the trademark without address in Indonesia. The minimum requirements are (i will provide the form in Bahasa Indonesia): a. Full name and address of applicant; b. Nationality (for natural person) or detail of incorporation (for legal entity); c. A representation of the mark and its transliteration (if any); d. List of goods and/or services and the classes pertaining thereto; e. A certified copy of home country application (for claiming priority); f. A signed Power of Attorney; and g. A signed Statement of Entitlement. The estimation costs including my fees for about USD 600, please note that the official fees may be vary regarding the class.
