I will be able to apply my professional experience to this current offer because I've been working as Tech Support , Lead and Customer Service rep for the last 8 years now in Telecommunication account, I was able to developed my skills when it comes to dealing with different types of customer, I was able to assist customer by following process and resolving their problem and concern sometimes by the used of research, I'm also making sure that they are satisfied with the resolution, and assuring that they experienced excellent customer service skills, I'm also an expert when doing multi ask, talking to upset and angry customer, i was able to develop my skill in typing wherein I can now type more or less 75 word per minute and that I believed i can definitely use my experiences to this job offer, though i understand that this is different type of job.
