Delphi http server and client needed

Source code of two small projects needed: 1. A server, which runs as service in Windows and listens 80 port. When server recieves a signal from a client it has to open a new thread, in which it checks if the client's name is in its list (the list of clients is txt file with names separated by coma, stored somewhre on disk c:, for example, c:\server\[login to view URL] ) and if it is sends a file to the client. Also the server has to have a control panel accessible from system tray (notification area) where it can be installed/deinstalled as service and started/stopped. 2. A client, which contacts the server on button click and recieves the file. The name of the client is stored in txt file in the same location where the client executable is.
