1-Paypal not charging shipping. need to have this fixed. 2-When sales tax is applicable in the US, shipping costs are always taxable. Sales tax not applied to shipping for items shipped to Kentucky. That needs to be corrected. 3- show shipping amount on order emails admin receives.

Hello there Let me have ago, I have more than 4 years experience in drupal, I have dealt with similar tasks in the past. The reason for this problem is that it could be anything as simple as ubercart store configuration or as complex as modules conflicting, custom code that could contributed to the problem etc. Have you used any of the alters or and Hooks? in relation to ubercart APIs Let me check before I accept the project, if the fix is simple then I will lower my bid to $75.
