Arduino timer and counter controlled through ethernet

I am looking for someone to provide Arduino code for a football scoreboard I am making for my club. The components of the project and requirements are listed below: Components ========= - Arduino Uno (32KB version) - Arduino Ethernet Shield - 8 seven segment displays (2 each for home team/away team score and 4 for time keeping) - 8 serial to parallel shift register based seven segment driver circuits Requirements ========== - Arduino based web server - The web server needs to provide interface to control the following: * Home/Away team score up/down * Set the timer - Some more specific requirements for the timer are: * Need an interface to select (1st Half, 2nd Half, Injury Time) * Controls and user interface to set minutes and seconds * Timer needs to count up for 1st Half and 2nd Half * 2nd Half count up needs to start from where 1st Half ended (e.g. if 1st Half was 45 minutes and 2nd Half is also 45 minutes then 2nd Half count up will start from 45 minutes and will end at 90 minutes). * Injury Time needs to be a countdown timer. * Injury Time needs to flash for 5 seconds before the countdown begins. * Injury Time countdown needs to begin after 1st Half or 2nd Half count up is finished.
