DC-DC Buck Converter Input Voltage: 60~140V (input voltage will be variable) Input Current: 10A max (input current will be variable) Output: 26~28.8v (Must be regulated by using PWM Frequency) Output Current: 40A Max. Efficiency: >98% Design the Efficiency Curve and specially for 80V and 120v Design the PCB Schematic Design the PCB Layout Export the design to GERBER and create a BOM Let me know the operating frequency and min. max. duty cycles. Converter must operate with very low loss.
