build and simulate , synthesize and test (on an ALTERA, Cyclone VFPGA )an FPGA prototype of a high precision stop watch. The stop watch will be implemented on the ALTERA DE0-CV board with its operation controlled by activating various push buttons and switches as outlined in the specefication.
