• As lead technician my responsibilities were to manage production and RMA repairs along with seven technicians.
• Working with the Technicians as a team we were able to reduce the production queues and turn around on the RMA repairs for our customers.
• I created new testing procedures for ESS chamber testing, backplane tests for open traces, Bit error testing for DS1, DS3 and VoIP.
• Work with operations and quality engineers on new software and systems testing.
• Reporting failure analyst on trouble boards or system and work on finding solutions to reduce cost of repairs and test times.
