Im searching for an electronics specialist to diagnose various faults and report on the means to repair. I have been tasked with advising my customer regarding repeated failures in various modules from the trucking industry. I am happy to mail overseas if required. Repeat work for the right person.

Hi There, I could possibly help with your repairs of the specified PCB's. A bit about me. I have been working in electronics repairs and manufacturing for 16 years (8 years in manufactuuring, testing new products and then 8 years repairing a wide range of robotics and CCTV equipment). Could you please advise what the PCB's are used in and if there will be schematics available? Are they u-processor based or relatively "simple" analog circuits? I have work in electronic repair for over 26 years Work Experience Force 10 Networks Boulder, CO 01/2008 to 12/2009 Customer Support Engineer • Phone support-helping customers troubleshoot and configure our telecom products DS3, DS1,VoIP WAN/LAN system into their network. • Setup of new applications using Cisco routers, switches, PBX servers and our products for customer’s sites. Also testing new software release on many systems. • Traveling to customers sites to upgrade system software, along with training customers on how to use our equipment in the field. • Creating documents for training and customer using our products in the field. Carrier Access Boulder, CO 04/2006 to 01/2008 Lead Technician • As lead technician my responsibilities were to manage production and RMA repairs along with seven technicians. • Working with the Technicians as a team we were able to reduce the production queues and turn around on the RMA repairs for our customers. • I created new testing procedures for ESS chamber testing, backplane tests for open traces, Bit error testing for DS1, DS3 and VoIP. • Work with operations and quality engineers on new software and systems testing. • Reporting failure analyst on trouble boards or system and work on finding solutions to reduce cost of repairs and test times.
