Developer need to develop a new battery charging device

My company has been in business for more than 3 years, its time we need to develop some new product and launch it full scale. We need to thing BIG and grow BIG. I have thought of a new portable charging device for mobile phones, and I need a developer to follow closely with me from the intial conceptualisation, planning, execution, to the developing process. You will get a decent share of the profits from the device sold, if our product gets launched in the market. We will be registering the project as a patent under our company, and we will be paying for the patent costs.
