calculation of stress and welded parts crane

i need someone with experience to calculate the hook and padeye lifting capacity to lift plate of m=100kg also i want you to calculate stess , shear stress between then of drawin freebody digram of the hook and padeye and which forces are going to beffect both of them i want you to calculate the welded parts in drawing file attached on the task please i want sombody who can do that perfessionaly , if you cant do it please dont take the task, because i know how to do this, but i dont have time to do it plaese not this is not big task all units must be in not us units , (standrd units)
