Hi there, I worked for an Industrial Electronics manufacturer for about 4 years (as part of the Engineering team) and did plastic component design while I was there. So, this should be a relatively easy job for me, as long as I have sufficient information concerning the job. I imagine that you'll be using injection moulding (since the material is ABS). I can create a 3D body for the tool, but it'll really be up to your manufacturer to design the final tooling, as they'll have to take care of things such as: - part shrinkage (0.5 - 1%?) - entry point for molten plastic - position and size of ejector pins - split line (where one tool starts and the other ends Usually they request STL files of the component and create their own model of the tool.
