This would be my first project, so getting the opportunity to work is more important than the remuneration. I would focus on: i. Preparing a time schedule in a Bar chart form keeping in mind the time in which you would want to finish the work. ii. Estimate the quantity of work iii. Estimate the material and manpower requirements to finish the work in the given time span iv. Contracts analyses with the information provided on local rates.

I worked at a construction company here in Brazil with budgets and contracts, so I have experience with contracts analyses and calculation of quantities, as well, worked with structural calculations.
