Excel attached and a word document with an example of the e-mail. Ideally we would like to have a command in the excel file within the macro that once its actioned can open a gmail account and then paste the marge information and send the e-mail to the right customer.

Hello, just to make you aware there will a little trial and error required to see which port works for your Gmail account in your area. In addition, your security levels in Gmail may need to be lowered to allow this to function out of Excel. Finally, the formatting of the email won't be able to have the Facebook and any other icons.
