Create an excel spreadsheet

Looking to have an excel spreadsheet developed that will allow us to estimate multiple line items and get totals and subtotals for the entire project. We want one main page displaying subtotals for each line item and a grand total for all line items. We would like to click a box or something like that to include or exclude different line items in the total. We would like to be able to modify the markup on each line item or all line items. We would like to be able to add or remove line items or at least be able to collapse unused line items on the totals page. All line items throughout the spreadsheet need to be able to be coded based on our coding standard (drop down List) and subtotaled by code on a separate sheet for Quickbooks entry. We would like to create and link a searchable database for material and subcontractor pricing. Attached PDF shows the required sheets and their general graphical layout are in blue. Notes are in Red. Links and questions are in green. We would provide data for the drop down item/cost code list. Everything else is just default text and functionality. We are looking for someone to develop the functionality, database, database link and blank workbook all formatted in an attractive format.
