I have read the original "Argonautica" in addition to retellings of that poem in Edith Hamilton's "Mythology," Nathaniel Hawthorne's "Tanglewood Tales," and "D'Aulaire's Book of Greek Myths." I'm a published author and I hold a bachelor's in English. I bring real literary talent to the table, and will not deliver a hack-job project. I've put an excerpt from a short story I wrote into a PM for you, to illustrate that I can write in a tone suitable for children.
