Hi there, Shay here, I am a 25-year-old guy from Australia, but currently living in Colombia. My project is to write a book about how to start a small contracting, trade based business. I went through this journey myself starting some 3 years ago and really want to give back to the people in similar positions to me when I started at 22 years old. About 18 months ago I launched an online education business called Tradable to provide online courses and resources for young trades people. I have since moved on to other projects now, but have a mass of IP left over from this business. I have about 100ish video's all full of content on this subject that I have produced myself. My goal is: I would like to take all this content and produce a small all round book (approx 25k-30k words) covering the topic of quitting your job and starting a trade/contracting business. I already have transcribed all the video's that I think will be useful and also started to draft up some chapters. I have also outlined a page of contents of what I am thinking the book will include at this stage. You can view the content that I have now here: [login to view URL] What I would like from you: I would like someone that can look at all this content and have some video chats with me and help me to find a uniformed voice to apply across the entire book. The ideal freelancer would need to be able to take my ideas and help me expand on them to produce well-written content specifically tailored to my audience (22-35 male tradesmen). Native English speaker is a 100% requirement. I would like someone that can offer a full service to help me write this book. Working with me from this stage until full proof reading and completion. I am not looking for a full ghost writer, but I will need help in taking my spoken and written ideas and turning them into paragraphs and chapters. I am looking for a full completion of this project within 3 months. Please write me and give me a short explanation of how you would approach this project and what you think you can bring to the table to help me get my message out to the world. Congratulations, on starting your business and doing it in Colombia: they are awesome people. In terms of the project, I would offer you a bespoke service: happy to help you write some of it, edit what you write and act as a sounding board for your ideas. Clearly communication between us would be paramount and we would have to arrange to speak regularly over Skype or whatsapp (personally I prefer the latter). In terms of myself, I am originally from England, but too live in a foreign country (Turkey). Before doing this I studied philosophy and wrote campaign literature for the Labour party in England.
