Create a Book with Tajweed for learning Qur'an, also interactive DVD/CD

Aslam Walkum (Peace be upon you) Narrated `Uthman: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." Looking for someone to help create a Tajweed Book in Arabic and in English which will link with the DVD/CD it will contain the rules of Tajweed in Arabic and in English to help people pronounce the letters and words right, this will be very useful to help them apply in their Quran reading Insha Allaah (God Willing). This will be for children all the way to adults so it will be very simple and easy to follow Insha Allaah (God Willing). Check this example here for a better understanding. [login to view URL] I would like to do something very similar but this will be different as it will have other things included like a DVD which will go with the Arabic letters and words, when the DVD plays it will have you repeat the letters and words with the speaker on the DVD. There will be different lessons Insha Allaah Allaah (God Willing). Very similar but this will be in Video and of course the DVD could play as a CD as well Insha Allaah (God Willing). Also the person will help with design of the book Insha Allaah (God Willing). I would like this to work as a DVD video and CD and also in the DVD/CD I have a memory technique as well that I would like the format to be in when it is running in the video I will explain that later after I choose someone here Insha Allaah (God Willing).
