Church Website- Major Rework Needed- Seeking creative, professional talented designer(repost)(repost)

Currently have a church website [[login to view URL]][1] but would like it to have a more modern and professional look. Currenlty on Joomalo. Mainly interested in revising to make it more appealing and not like its been done by a grade schooler. However if its best to start from scratch I'd be willing to consider. I'd like for the website to be interactive, lively, professional and easy to navigate. I'd also like to be able to include videos of our sermons and possible a Once the website is complete we would be able to maintain but would like remain with designer if major changes are needed.
