Children's Book - open to bidding

Hello, I really like your cartoon / children's book animations and I would like to hire you to create the illustrations for my children's book and lay it out with the content. I need the finished product to be both in PDF (single page, plus a book spread). I also need the finished product to be in any form required to create a book through Blurb.com. I would also like image files of the individual characters plus other design features. I would like the book to be 9 inch x 7 inch. I have attached my book with instructions in parentheses at the top of page. Can you please let me know if this is possible? If so can you please advise how long you expect it would take and how much it would cost?
