creating site template with logo

Here is my current blog [login to view URL] based on wordpress. What I'd like to do is to completely redesign it by creating a custom professional home page including a new logo. The site is based on WP so the header with the navigation menu and the footer have to be the same for all pages. Actually this site will be in 3 languages - English, Hebrew and Russian - and for each language there are three Wordpress systems. The other 2 WP systems I will customize myself but you will need to prepare few things: 1. Logos - three logos slightly different because of languages. 2. Images - all images that contain words need to be created in all 3 languages. The idea is to create a pc repair service over the Internet and on site. Let's say if some one would like to fix a computer he or she would arrive on my site look over and understand what is all about, then he enters details that I get by email. Then I connect to the clients' computer to do diagnostics, client pays, etc.... Actually it is a remote helpdesk service site. My requirements are: 1. Should be light weighted less than 150Kb and load fast 2. The page must be XHTML 1.0 transitional 3. It must be based on CSS, no tables inside the template 4. Must Look professional clean and easy on eye You can suggest the look and the structure, it will help me to choose the right coder. Thank you
