Reference apps: Skoobe and Okadabooks 1. Readers will be able subscribe using their phone credits or credit/debit cards. Please note: Special USSD codes will be generated by the partner mobile phone operators for each subscription type. Developer will be able to integrate these USSD codes into the app, so that when readers select a subscription type the code dials and deducts the specified amount from the readers’ phone credits. 2. Authors will be able to register, submit their books, track activities and request cash withdrawals based on the total number of times their books have been read.
