I can draw the db diagram (architechture) before we write a single line code and provide you the associated db handling class libarary. This thing much work in diagram and it would better clarify. You have data of 600 instituation and you would like to add them into your db. Students can search these list as per their merit(score), location. So there will be different sorting criteria.
