Build a New Website, Broadband and phone selling website with Price Search Function.

Need a new and very improved website look for [login to view URL] After someone very creative to Design my website to Covert more sales with the right layout Design etc. Not sure which is best wordpress or php I must be able to edit the site easy myself without knowing any code. Design, logo and website... stand out from the crowd....! ! I work for the company Exetel and I need the same search function they have to be put on my new site. The Price search function the same as [login to view URL] but need a different looking design. When the price shows what is available in the customers area/town then the customer picks the plan they want. Then the order form needs to correspond, show only the price of the broadband and phone plan they have chosen, which makes it simple for the customer when completing the order form. At the end of the order form before they submit there needs to be a total review summary page of the total costs of the broadband plan and phone plan, including if they buy a modem cost, connection cost.
