Build a Website - Change WordPress Layout and Configure everything properly.

But I need the home page layout changes, all my content is already there but you will be responsible for adding another 25 articles and photos which I will provide. I need this all done today. I will also provide you video player JW Player to be exact. And you will need to ensure that the disclaimer at the bottom of each video remains. I need this all done today, and I am looking to find a great developer, I have had bad luck lately on this site with finding great devs hope to turn all of that around today. Total budget for everything since there is limited work is $75.00 USD will create a milestone for half and will not release any money until completion all work needs to be done on my server.
