This project is to build a reliable Blackboard that can work for many schools and branches of one school. It must be a colon to the very popular Blackboard. Please bid only if you have experience in this field. We are also looking for a highly qualified freelancers with completeness rate > 80% and reviewers > 20 and satisfaction >4.7 Please be aware that your bid is final. . we are going to choose the minimum bid. This project must work in Arabic and English Also you must give us a free technical support for one year. starting in Jan 2015 And a maintenance contract for 3 years in Jan 2016
