How'd you get involved in such an idea? I propose we develop this using a Content Management System similar to Wordpress. What that means is that you'll have the ability to manage all aspects of the website which includes "Categories", creation of pages and content on those pages, image placement and built on a platform that'll allow you to easily manage all users / content now and in the future. First i think the project is a bit too overpriced, my bid is $1200. After making that clear i can recommend you a LMS (Learning Management System) with a CMS (Content Management System) with this you can have a responsive website that will adapt the content so it can be viewed perfectly on any screen size even smartphones or tablets, the page will be very easy to edit so you don't really need a lot of experience. With the LMS you can manage the course and women that will make the course as also if there is going to be a teacher you can set this, every course will be divided in lessons and you can set exams on every course, you can make it so they don't really need to register a account they can just login with Facebook and on this way their friends will see that she registered on that site and will attract more potential clients to the website.
