Build a Website

Looking for individual or group of individuals to work with to develop a fully scale website using HTML/CSS/Javascript. This website will be fully functionally and running on a 24/7 basis. Looking for talented individuals. I and my business partner are web developers and programmers ourselves, but looking to get help with it because we want it to be something great and wanted to incorporate the help from outside source because we strongly believe in teamwork, collaboration, and team success. We want it to be successful, as well everyone who was involved to be successful with it financially. We are looking for more than just workers, but partners to have great taste, input, teamwork, business ethics and positive attitude in making this idea a reality. We've mapped and sketched in great detail the prospect of the project and what may be necessary our unnecessary. We are flexible and willing to corporate as much as possible. Looking of recreate graphs designer to involved as well. Great with Adobe illustrator, photoshop, and adobe dreamweaver. We want a full fledged team.
