Hey, I am looking for a freelancer extremely high level of skill and incredible reputation to build a complex website with an application showing comparison of home loan interest rates in Australia from various lenders (approximately 25) with their various products, being automatically updated as the fluctuation of the rate occurs within the bank. This information should very user friendly and the user should be able to choose multiple loan features: for example a loan product with an offset account and then being capable of comparing all loans with an offset account. Each different lender must be able to be turned off and on individually and regularly with ease from my end. The website must be fast loading and SEO will be required in the future (website to be built with this in mind). The information from the bank (or other source) must be 100% accurate, reliable and fit in with the rest of the website. And this information will have to be started and sourced by the freelancer from scratch. I can send examples of other websites with the kind of result that I am looking for. Then I would like a "wizard" for handling the loan application approximately 20 steps to the process eg. enter name, address, upload drivers licence now, scan this now, and generate a form from this information and send it straight to my email securely! as this information is highly sensitive! (further information will be provided to the successful freelancer) Then I would like a Borrowing calculator, how much can I borrow calculator, extra repayments calculator, Loan comparison calculator, (from selecting up to 3 of the loan options), Repayments calculator and savings calculator. There will also be approximately 25 pages of content. The overall look of the website must be first class and highly professional. I would like a fixed price for the job please msg me for further clarification if required. I will award this project to the successful freelancer on a different project. Sorry to do it this way, just a little unsure on how much work is actually involved in putting something like this together. Cheers

Let me first explain in brief, my understanding on project: - This is basically a home loan comparison website for Australia. - It should fetch rates from various lenders with their products. - It should automatically update as fluctuation of rate occurs within bank. - Ability to choose various loan features. - Approx 20 steps wizard for loan application, scan it and generate form that will be mailed to admin ( i.e. you) - Few calculators viz. Borrowing calculator, extra repayment etc., those mentioned. - ADMIN: Can turn off and on any lender, manage complete website. I would like to have more details on this, regarding design idea, and few questions like: What all are the various loan features? How many users will be there? like user, lender, admin etc. What are individual features? etc. I would like to have more information to it and we will discuss fixed price, once get in conversation and discuss all requirements in detail.
