We want something unique. You will be able to customize any CMS like Wordpress, Joomla etc but please be aware it will be huge database. [login to view URL] is for hotels, we will have it for Bed & Breakfasts around the world. [login to view URL] allows online booking while our site will be more like a directory in start - listings of bed and breakfasts, images, contact details. As admin we should be able to: - Add new country - City under a country, bed and breakfast under a city. - Register new users who could list their bed & breakfast businesses after paying a small fee, we should be able to select fee. Your responsibility: - Build a website or use any of off shelf CMS like Wordpress Joomla etc - Look and feel should be web 2.0 instead of copycat templates. Site will have Google maps integrated with locations of bed and breakfasts to choose from. - you will also be expert of data mining to scrap data from some directories. - it will be huge database - so you will also work on making it robust and less burden for the server. Payments in milestones. - Full information still needs to be decided on and this will be discussed in great detail with the contracted developer. - Do not bother bidding if you do not have a) a portfolio of similarly cloned sites or b) a full understanding of what I'm portraying here. - Custom quotes/bids only with full details via PMB, no copy pasted jargon.
