What do you mean by multi-level? Is it hierarchial data? Can you provide some example here. 2. Is there an existing website or application which does some of this or are you looking for brand new solution? 3. Can you provide a rough idea of the volume of data? For e.g. how many files/records do you anticipate? How much will it grow? How often will it grow (e.g. grows 5% every month)? 4. I see you have mentioned PHP in the project requirement? Is there a reason for it? Please note, I'm absolutely fine with PHP, just curious to understand. 5. Do you already have a hosting? If so, can you provide details about it? 6. What are the different kind of users? e.g. Admin, public user, power users etc. If you have any roles, can you provide more details on what they can/will do in the website? 7. Hi, Since this is more of a requirement that has more to do with Content Management, I would suggest doing this with Drupal 7 ( Open Source CMS ). The CMS gives us a good starting point while allowing us to extend the functionality as and when required. By exposing a REST API the database can also be shared securely with any other website supporting REST. Drupal allows us to change the API protocol to more than just REST. Thanks, Zakir Khan
