The new site “test MODE” is located here: [login to view URL]~amasouth/ 1. We have a dummy front page that needs to stay up until we get the WordPress theme modified etc.. 2. On the server you will find a directory called template-zip. In that directory you will find the wordpress template. We made an attempt to install it but I am not sure it was done correctly. In any event the test wordpress site needs to be accessed by the IP address because the domain name will not be moved until the test site is up and running with the owners approval. The purchased template can be found here: [login to view URL] Click on the link and you can see the demo site. The goal of the new site is to duplicate the current pages on the live site with an easier interface and new site design. Below are the pages we need to duplicate. The color scheme should match the current live site. Use the green and blue in the logo. The logo can be found in the template-zip directory on the server The new site: should have the following pages on the menu bar: Home page – from the template use - home version 3 About page - from the template use -about us page 2 Leadership - from the template use -meet the team Available positions – Membership - Upcoming Events – these need to be blog entries Past Events – These need to be blog entries - Sponsorship - Careers – Contact - The content from these page can be copied and pasted from the live site. In a nutshell we need to: 1. check the install of the purchased template. If done corretly then move to step 2 2. create the nav menu with the same nav items as is on the live site. The live site address and wordpress login credential will be given after the developer has been selected. 3. copy and paste the content from the live site into the pages on the new site. 4. That is it, pretty straight forward.
