we are looking for a designer with experience designing mobile versions of websites. We only need PSD files so our coders can then turn them into the site. We are not going to use Responsive website so we need a mobile version for our website. We will give guidelines of what we want and in many cases even draw what we want roughly and you just need to convert it to clean design. Please quote on this project for 1 design page ONLY The price quoted we will then use for each other page we need designed like the contact us page, search page listing page etc.
