I am expecting bids around $90-100 only. It is a design for single page. I am offering personal training services on my website. I need to design a single page for this purpose. If you can code this page as well including 3-4 purchasing modules (Paypal - onecard - CashU) please message me so we can discuss the price. I have 3-4 pictures to be included in this page and the text file of my services. I also need to make a design for my questionnaire and booklet MS word documents. This include the booklet cover page and the in-pages design (Header - footer - frame) I need attractive fonts , icons , backgrounds , bullet points. and RESPONSIVE SCROLLING.
