Condo Development Wordpress Website with Creative Design

Simple one page Wordpress website promoting a condo development I am selling called Fontaine Bleu. The development is targeted at seniors and young singles and couples with no kids. A very important feature of the development is that it is pet friendly. I will supply all of the written content (features) as well as a logo and basic color scheme. I need some one to do the creative design/layout of the webpage as well as preparing it to take live. As for functionality I only need one page and a contact form. I'm looking for some nice creative, simple and uncluttered. Webpage should be easy to read for seniors and straight forward. I like lots of whitespace. It's basically a teaser website that I can point my advertising to with a call to action to contact me for more information. Here is some simple content to get you started: Condo Name: Fontaine Bleu. Location: Harbour Landing. The development is 202 apartment style condo units in 2-4 storey buildings. Your choice of 750 sqft 1 bedroom units starting at $199,900 and 1050 sqft 2 bdrm units starting at $254,900. 100% Pet Friendly - very important! I need a picture of a cute dog and/or cat maybe with house keys in the dogs mouth! Underground parking included. Pet washing/grooming station in parkade. Lounge and exercise room. Great location on the walking path. Elevator in building. Balconies. 4 design packages to choose from all of which include hardwood, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. I have attached a floor plan for a 1 and 2 bdrm. Please indicate there are more floor plans available. I have also attached the logo. I would also like a map included with a large arrow marking the location. Use any map for now, I will supply a map later. This is my first project so hopefully that is enough information to go on!
