AdSense not providing revenue

In addition to the promised pay I will provide the winner with 25% of my AdSence Earnings for the next three months. Like just about everyone I am interested in getting this project done ASAP. The primary goal of my website is for home buyers to hire me to perform their home inspection. That is by far the primary goal of my website. On the home page and on the page my AdWords point to goal one is to get the customer to call and spend a few hundred dollars on a home inspection they hire me for. However, there are many visitors to my website that are there because they googled a problem with their home and were sent to one of the other pages on my web site that has great information about homes, home problems and the home buying process. It is these "secondary" visitors I wish to see, find and click on AdSense. I had 2,797 ad views and only earned $10.67 last month. It is my hope some one can provide me with suggestions on how to drastically increase my earnings. I am able and willing to be online and to make the changes you recommend as you are recommending them within AdSense and within my WordPress Account. Due to a previous issue I wish for the winner to make the changes while screen sharing with me. I had a serious problem when I gave out my passwords and do NOT wish to repeat that experience again. The person I was dealing with had his system hacked and files uploaded to my server caused all sorts of issues that took months to fix.
