I need some changes to an existing website. Form requesting contact info: Name, address, phone, cell number, email Birthdate, anniversary date, Facebook I'd, Instagram name. A button at the end of the form Asking if they want to include additional enrollees with same info and relationship to registrant. Moving graphics as the header that state Join Our Birthday Club for free gift/coupons on your birthday. Balloons the expand and contract in sequence with the letters that spell JOIN, i.e., with a cake and confetti. Contact data stored in appropriate section of admin area. Monthly report listing birthday, anniversary Etc by date. Monthly reports showing dealer use, including mass email and auto responder. Email sent automatically to event celebrant, two, then one months prior to the event encouraging them to create a wish list.
