As per the discussion in the chat area .. you will develop a + or - 40 pages Brochure at a rate of 20$ per page ... 2 proposals will be submitted for approval including only covers and some inner pages .. the final number of pages will be depend on the content provided by me ... it will not be less than 35 pages and not more that 50 pages ... you will provide the brochure ready for for offset print and in PDF and editable format for our reference and record. agreed payment terms shall be 35% on advance, 35% after the submission of half number of pages for review, and 30% at completion.
