Build Portfolio pages for an existing Website

Need a good template / webpage to display individual project details from a portfolio. Right now the website has portfolio and when user clicks on any portfolio item, a linked presentation (from google docs) is being displayed. But it is not SEO friendly. Checkout [login to view URL] and go to the "portfolio" and click on first couple of items to understand this better (e.g. "public health case studies etc.) The content for these items is coming from power-point presentations with rich texture, vibrant color and nice image and animation effects. Google docs is used for now because it retains atleast the look and feel of the presentations - but it takes away the content text indexing and SEO. Would like to have a nice interactive representation of these in HTML webpages (so that it is SEO friendly).
