To build a website that allow accounts part timers/freelancers to register and submit their particulars, resume details etc and allow potential employers to search for these profiles through various filters such as locations, age, gender etc. Profiles and details shown should be with hidden name and contact details. If employers like any of the profiles of part-timers/freelancers and wish to engage them, they need to go through us. Meanwhile, employers are also able to post their jobs and registered accounts part-timers/freelancers who are interested to apply for the job have to go through us. In short the website is designed to build database of accounts part-timers/freelancers and potential employers who need them. Our business model is to match them. Reference site- [login to view URL] (the reference site is collecting database of tuition teachers to match students/parents. Ours use similar mechanism but we match accounts part-timers/freelancers with potential employers) Website should be responsive (mobile friendly) and SEO friendly. Should come with back-end CMS
