I need to make a form in Spanish to be included in a website that works as a test. All questions in the form will start with a basic yes or no, if chosen yes then a new field on the same question will open to include details( for example: Do you have a house? If chosen no the form takes you to the next question, if chosen yes a field will open to give detail on the price of the house). After filling all the questions on the form, it will generate a category for the person filling the form depending on what was answered on the questions. I will provide all the questions to be answered and the rules, they will be approximately 15 questions.
