I have a website that is ready to go. It is a 1 page website with some fade in and fade out transitions. It has already been started by someone else but needs completion. All the files are ready to go and it requires someone who has good knowledge of building website to finish it in a hurry. Functions that are required are: fading in images and scroll side ways. Information appearing on hover. It has already been set up for Desktop, Tablet and Mbl but needs final work.
