A website and a mobile app (IOS and Android) that is simple to use for people of all ages. The website and mobile app needs to consolidate web content from thousands of sources based on certain criteria. There has to be a facility where users can choose a "fun" option which will offer different content to, for example if users choose an "advanced" option. Design will also be of importance in this venture, so Ideally I would like someone that is a good designer as well as a developer. There also needs to be interaction between the user and the app/ website based on what the users select. The website needs to be scaleable . The website needs to be intuitive.
