I will build an under construction page that will display that the page is under construction then automatically redirect in x-seconds - where you choose how many seconds x is. It will also have a link to the redirect page that user can click in the event it does not automatically redirect in x-seconds. For this to work, you will have to have the domain where the under construction page sits and that domain must support having a page there, and provide a working link to the page that it is redirected to. (if you don't pay for hosting, some domain providers will not allow you to put up your own, custom, 'under construction' page - they will only allow you their default page)
