Build a Website for training institute

We need a website for our new training institute. The site has to have a fresh look and very professional. The institute offers management training and training for financial sector companies. We need something that can have pages that can be easily changed and adjusted to include new seminars and their details. The institute will need to be adding new content and the pages must be easy to manage. The colour scheme should be bright with blue, red, and or yellow colour combinations. As there will be listings of seminars that need to be updated we will need to be able to have calendar listing as well. Also certain information should be default so no need to change all the time other than the title and content of each new seminar. A couple of examples in terms of functionalities - not looks -[login to view URL] another example - nicer looking -[login to view URL] If one looks at both you will see that they offer some specific structure of the page of the seminars that is followed through and include download, register and all information of the seminars. If someone has done a similar project in the past that could be helpful as that knowledge will help us work together. We need this work to be done very soon so only people who have immediate availability should reply. Please provide estimate delivery date as well. Sections of the website will include – about us, management, trainers, news, events, knowledge hub, upcoming seminars, inhouse seminars, consulting services – and of course some sub categories to include seminar areas or conferences.
