Build a bespoke WordPress news theme/web site

We are looking for a custom bespoke WordPress site for a news and information portal. It will also be video heavy and feature a video section with our own and videos from YouTube. They will need to be categorized and searchable. We will also want offer live streaming video and also possibly "simulcast" live video streams from Youtube and Twitch. (with ability to put our own audio over it). News and written content will of course be the big part, so ability to quickly add news items, features, blog posts etc. with ability for people to leave comments. Take a look at [login to view URL] to give you an idea of a site we like and want to be similar to. We need main navigation with drop-down sub menu-options. This will be a big project and there is likely to be ongoing work required as we grow and evolve the site. You will also need to be fully conversant in databases as we also need to build custom databases up such as player and team rankings and association player / team pages. It needs to be cutting edge, simple, fast, sleek and unique be responsive so it is usable on all devices such as Tablets and mobile phones. Although chances are we will probably want a downloadable app to go with it. Not sure of this just yet. Web site is the main focus, app may come later. The delivery time we are aiming for is to soft launch 1st Dec and hard launch on 1st Jan 2017. We have ideas / samples for the logo in process so that will aid you in your design. Navigation is likely to be News, Blog/Features, Video, Games (pages for the different games we will cover), About Us, Contact, and possibly some other custom pages. (which will be able to have it's own custom sidebar, rather than same sidebar site-wide) Also require assistance setting up newsletter mailing list. Ideally we want developers who can supply previous experience of this scale of project and also supply several different design concepts up front for us to choose from. We need developers to work with us through the build stage until we are happy with the final result. There is sure to be ongoing development work such as debugging, adjustments and enhancements once the site is launched. Please advise your hourly rate , we also expect you to record the hours you worked, what you did etc. Native English speaking is required as such as there will be much communication.
