Build a custom responsive website. Must use ASP.Net for server side access to database.

I need a custom marketing website that is mobile friendly for a business that's being developed. The main page will have a nice background image that fits the entire width of the page and resize according to the device viewing it. Our logo will be at the top with a small menu. Menu items should include "Login / Register", "Information" and "Contact us" If the person is logged in, they should have access to another menu item for "Launch Information" Registration information should be stored in a SQL Server database. I prefer that the site be written in ASP.Net for all the dynamic data. When a person registers, they should be sent an email to verify their registration information before they gain full access to the site. Registration information should include, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Password and check boxes for "Sign up for launch updates via Email" and "Sign up for launch updates via Text" The remaining sections that the menu drops down to should be filled with placeholder text and images. You must also be available to continue the project after as we need to build out a full site with a webservice. Once you are accepted, I will provide company information and logo files.
