I need to develop a wordpress website for an hotel( hotel, Restaurants, sports activities...) , i will provide the design , the site map and the purchased WP Theme. You have to do the following: 1- Install the purchased theme and prepare the necessary to be visible to us. 2- The website layout should be 100% like the proposed design ( same font, same layout, colors, use the same dummy photos in the design pdf) no modifications unless approved by us. 3- The website should be responsive and compatible with all devices and browsers ( the theme is, so keep it). 4- We have to conserve the theme future updates and SEO features. 5- You should provide W3C valid code. 6- The website should be SEO friendly. 7- The website should be multi language (Mainly English, French) we can use WPML or any other plugin that offers such option, i will pay for the plugin fees. Arabic(RTL) Language might be added in the future. 8- We have to integrate a payment gateway( Local payment gateway and paypal) in addition to the ones already integrated in the theme. paypal should be available with the website launching, as for the local gateway we will need it active after we have it ready( so this integration is outside the main delivery date) 9- The main currency is Euro, Multi currency should be an option and might be added later on - consider it as extra work 10- You will move the website to live( production) server and ensure that everything is working - we will provide all needed login credentials. 11- Additional development cost should be calculated clearly on hourly basis - mention your hourly rate. 12- you have to update us on daily basis about work progress and share the link to see the finished work, preferable section by section, ie when the homepage is ready, the restaurant page is ready... We need to fix a clear delivery date, The website should be live in 7 working days after receiving the theme and accepting your bid - no delays would be accepted. Please confirm that you can do the above, Any unverified delays or wrong work( outside the proposed design without our approval) will dis-continue the project and you have to deliver the approved features.

READY TO START IMMEDIATELY. I have not include local payment gateway in bid amount. Our hourly rate for big project is 12 USD/hour. We will show you daily progress on our demo server. After you approval all work on demo server we will move on live server.
